Even the most creative minds can't do much with a damaged product. We value our products very highly and this is never the way we intend to send our products. 

In the case of your order arriving damaged, please contact support@ksmetals.com with pictures provided of damaged goods. 

You have 30 calendar days to return your order from the date of your purchase. 

All products must be in the same condition you received them. 

100% full money back guarantee will be given for all of the intended returned items. 

Under the circumstances of this type of return, return shipping is not provided by K&S Precision Metals at this time and it is the responsibility of the purchasing customer.

We have an amazing team who strives to bring quality and care to every single order they pack and prepare, but sometimes we do make mistakes. We appreciate your grace and we also have a solution if there is ever a situation that this takes place! 

If there is a case of missing or wrong products, please contact support@ksmetals.com with pictures provided of the items you did receive.

Shipping

If your order is placed through our online store on Monday - Friday by 10:00 a.m. (CST), your order will ship out the same business day. 

Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

*We are committed to our turnaround times and we see a high success rate of meeting those times, but we do have times where we may experience delays. In the event of delays, we are committed to keeping you in the know and communicating the circumstances within a reasonable amount of time. This is never ideal, but we thank you for your patience and understanding if it does arise.

Domestic orders with products that total 6FT or more in length ship via FedEx. 

All other domestic orders ship via UPS Ground. 

All international orders ship via USPS.

**With international orders, there are currently some international shipping restrictions depending on what country you are attempting to order from. This is beyond our control and is a nation wide suspension that originates from USPS. Please review the restriction list from USPS' website here.

At this time, all domestic orders ship free when purchasing from our online store! 

Also at this time, international orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping when purchased from our online store!
